The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Business Tax Attorney with at least 6 years of experience.  Candidates must have experience in general, broad-based business tax, including general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Partnership work, with international experience a plus.  An LL.M. in Tax is preferred.  Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials.  Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.

The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $355,000 - $450,000 plus bonuses based on performance.  Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location.  Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.  The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees.
