Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 -5 years of experience in litigating in an array of employment law areas. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required. Candidates can be based out of our New York, Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. offices. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in their respective states. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.
The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $250,000 - $330,000. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
